CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AND EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT
Carlos Camacho Dávalos
He is the chairman of the Board and the Executive President of Galca Energy. He is also president of the Asociación Nacional de Profesionales del Cabildeo (PROCAB) in México and President of Strategic Affairs, a group of companies dedicated to strategic consulting, negotiation, and public affairs, through the generation of political intelligence, business and security. He has a long history managing or operating large and complex projects for 25 years, both in the public and private sectors. He is an economist with studies in Political Science from ITAM and UNAM. In addition, he has taken courses in politics and business at Harvard University, United States.
GENERAL DIRECTOR AND CEO OF GALCOA
Sergio Rosado Flores
A seasoned business executive with more than twenty years of experience specialized in the energy sector in Mexico and Latin America, Sergio Rosado joined Galca Energy as head and CEO of GALCOA, its principal refined product’s storage business. Significant experience on strategic planning, project development, business environment analysis and government relations for private and public sector clients, he has handled multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategy execution, consulting projects, research and economic and public policy studies in the energy sector. In 2008, Mr. Rosado joined Pemex Exploración y Producción (PEP) to carry out planning, strategy, regulation, business development and transformation activities. In July 2018, he joined Duff and Phelps as Oil and Gas Director based in Mexico City. An economist from Universidad Autonoma de Yucatán, with a postgraduate degree in Energy Studies from ITAM, Mr. Rosado leads the way to the successful development and commercial outcome of Fuel Storage terminals in numerous locations all over Mexico.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTOR RELATIONS
Alfonso Pérez Dávalos
He is chief of business development and investor relations at Galca Energy. He joined Strategic Affairs in 2017 to start GaosHuelin, the banking division of the firm. He worked at Chase Manhattan Bank. He led the private banking investment team and was also involved in the regulatory recovery initiative. Outside of corporate banking, he spent some time as a treasury and risk manager at Grupo Modelo, managing important financial assets. Alfonso has an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain and other business studies such as administration and corporate finance.

Víctor Vazquez Maulen
He is Galca Energy's attorney. Previously, he was part of the legal team of ASEA, the Mexican environmental regulator, in the issuance of a broad environmental regulation for the industry. He has represented various transnational companies in negotiations with Pemex and other public entities, as well as in the preparation of offers for tenders from the Mexican government. He has extensive experience in the financial, regulatory and hydrocarbon sectors. Specifically in the hydrocarbons area, he worked for the upstream, midstream and downstream areas and has acted as an in-house advisor to companies in both the operation of service stations, as well as the commercialization of gasoline and diesel, including their import, storage, distribution and transportation. He has participated in processes of auditing, planning, implementation and evaluation of infrastructure projects, either for their financing or their acquisition, which run through the entire production chain of the hydrocarbon sector. He is a lawyer from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in México.
